Nicolo Vertecchi
JUNIOR ASSOCIATE
Appointment:
Nicolò Vertecchi supports the communications strategy of the Advocacy Team and collaborates with the rest of the team across different projects. He has previously worked in the strategic communications sector as a media relations intern at Tancredi Group. During his studies he has also been involved in publishing and outreach activities: he in fact wrote articles and organised events on topics related to human rights, climate change, and foreign aid as the Editor-in-Chief of the student-run magazine Dialogue, a member of the Defence and Diplomacy working group of the King’s Think Tank, and a contributor of The Oxford Review of Books. Italian at birth, he came to the UK to pursue his higher education studies. He now holds an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford, where he specialised in reparations policies and the EU foreign policy towards the Global South and a BA (Hons) in History and International Relations from King’s College London, where he grew passionate about the politics of the MENA region.
