Mathilde Benguigui

    Mathilde Benguigui supports various projects for a range of clients at the Advocacy Team. She has an MA in Strategic Communications within the War Studies Department at King’s College London. Originally from France, Mathilde has also lived in the UK, Latvia and the United States, allowing her to immerse herself in diverse cultures.   Mathilde’s academic journey includes a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Université Paris II Panthéon Assas, where she developped a keen interest in social policies and advocacy, particularly in the realms of education and child protection. Notably, she participated in a cohort study during her internship at the Paris Observatory for Child Protection, focusing on 12-years-old children in foster care in Paris during 2021. Mathilde wrote her Master’s thesis on affirmative action in the French Higher Education system.   Beyond her studies, Mathilde has been involved in various student organisations, where she engaged to create a safe place for students to discuss and debate together. During her spare time, she enjoys experiencing different cultures through culinary adventures. She also likes spending quality time with her friends and family by playing board games.
