Areeshya Thevamanohar

POLICY AND RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

Appointment:

    Areeshya Thevamanohar supports clients with qualitative and quantitative research and analysis. Her work at the Advocacy Team  has included data compilation and analysis to support the development of the Equity Index, research and analysis for Wellcome  and case study research on climate policy and decarbonisation for the Institution of Civil Engineers. She has also produced  research, analysis and writing support for Malala Fund, Theirworld and additional Advocacy Team projects, many of which culminated into briefs or in-depth reports. Fresh out of university, Areeshya recently graduated from King’s College London with a BA in Politics where she was a member of the Economic & Business Policy Centre at the King’s Think Tank and actively involved in student journalism. Originally from Malaysia, she was an intern writer for a financial publication, The Edge, and worked on increasing female representation within the corporate sector as an intern for a consultancy firm, LeadWomen. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and running.
